FIT BOX is a high intensity fitness class built around the same training methods used by real fighters – minus the getting hit part.
Every Saturday we combine kickboxing pad and bag work, NoGi grappling drills, Judo, and Wrestling movements into one of the most effective and exciting workouts in Boise.
This is not a cardio kickboxing class. This is real technique, real movement, and real results – delivered in a high energy group format that will push you every single week. No sparring. No experience needed. Just show up ready to work.
Ladies – if you want a workout that’s actually fun, FIT BOX was built for you. No martial arts experience required.
Tired of the gym and the treadmill? FIT BOX burns serious calories through real movement – and you’ll be too locked in to notice how hard you’re working.
Always wanted to try martial arts but not ready to spar? This is your perfect entry point. Learn real techniques in a safe, no-contact environment.
Runners, cyclists, weightlifters – FIT BOX builds coordination, agility, and conditioning that your regular training simply can’t replicate.
Ready to test yourself? We train competitors from the local level all the way to world championship stage, and have the results to prove it.

Zero experience required. FIT BOX is designed to be accessible to anyone regardless of fitness level or martial arts background. Our coaches scale the intensity to meet you where you are.
No sparring at all. This is a fitness-focused class – you’ll work on pads, bags, and drills with a partner but there is no free sparring or fighting of any kind.
Comfortable athletic wear, shorts (without pockets), leggings, and a T Shirt is perfect. You will need gloves, and shin guards, but these are available in our pro-shop.
Every class is different but expect a mix of kickboxing combinations on pads and bags, NoGi grappling movement drills, Judo and wrestling technique, and HIIT conditioning rounds. High energy from start to finish.
Yes – any active FEMALE BCS member can attend FIT BOX at no additional cost. It’s one of the best perks of being part of the BCS community.
Everyone is different but MMA style training is one of the highest calorie burning workouts you can do. Expect to work hard every single Saturday.
