Mixed Martial Arts combines Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu into one complete combat sport. Our Kids MMA program brings these skills together in a structured format designed specifically for young athletes.
At BCS, students learn how to strike, grapple, execute and defend takedowns, control positions, and transition between different ranges of fighting. With an emphasis on strong fundamentals, proper technique, and controlled contact, our program gives kids the skills and foundation to build confidence, become more athletic, and eventually compete if they choose.
Our Kids MMA program welcomes students ages 6–14 of all experience levels to train in a structured, supportive environment designed specifically for young athletes.
Designed specifically for ages 6–14. Students build confidence, discipline, coordination, and real MMA skills in a structured environment.
For students who want to take their training further, we provide a pathway toward controlled sparring and competition as their skills and experience develop.
No experience needed. Students learn striking, takedowns, and grappling fundamentals step by step at an appropriate pace.
Build striking, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, coordination, balance, and conditioning while developing athletic skills that carry over to virtually any sport.
